Cancellation Policy
Consistency of sessions is an essential component for effective therapy. Additionally, we reserve your appointment time just for you and do not double book appointments. Accordingly, we do charge for late cancellations and missed appointments.
At least 24 hour advanced notice is needed to cancel to avoid missed appointment charges. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a late cancel fee. If an appointment is missed with no notice, a fee of $125 will be charged.
